Who controls your data
Matteo Giani T/A Tappie controls data used to operate tappie.link. Each creator or business controls information collected through its own page and publishes a separate privacy notice. Contact hello@tappie.link or write to RH10 1LH, - United Kingdom.
Data we process
We process technical request data needed for security and delivery, such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, requested pages and security events. When you submit a form, the page operator receives the information you choose to provide. Tappie is designed not to retain form email addresses in its public rendering service.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process necessary technical data to provide and secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing or newsletter processing requires the consent shown on the relevant page. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing and international transfers
We use hosting, security, storage, communications and analytics providers only where needed to operate the service. Providers may process data outside your country; where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards and contractual protections.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. We use access controls, encryption in transit, tenant isolation and data minimisation, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Contact the page operator for data collected by a creator page, or contact us for platform data. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and changes
Tappie uses essential storage or cookies where required for security and preferences. A creator page may describe additional technologies in its own notice. We may update this policy and will publish the current version here. Effective 6 September 2026.
